Why is PSI Important For Carpet Cleaning

There are numerous factors that you need to optimize while cleaning a carpet, but some of them are not used all that frequently so it would not surprise us if you failed to take them into account at any given point in time. One such factor is that of PSI, and it is perhaps the most frequently underrated aspect of carpet cleaning that we have ever seen people ignore in some way, shape or form.

The first thing that we are going to tell you here is that PSI stands for Pressure per Square Inch, and while you might not think that it is useful in the context of conroe carpet cleaning, suffice it to say that its importance is greater than you know. A big part of the reason why that is the case has to do with the fact that some carpets are so dirty that even steam cleaning would not do much to wash them. All steam cleaning would do is moisten the dirt, and it would be so caked up that the machine itself might break down in trying to remove it.

Hence, it is necessary to pressure wash your carpet in the event that it has gotten to such a drastically concerning state of filthiness. You can use a really high PSI for carpet cleaning such as 2,000, but try not to take it to 3,000 because you would be amazed at just how powerful this setting can be. It can be so intense that it turns the water jet into a razor blade that would slice clean through the rug, and there would be no way to repair it if this happens.
